Structure Introduction

Furnace body: Full Fiber Bogie Furnace outer shell is welded from steel plates and section steel, the bottom of the furnace body is connected with Bogie light rail as one, users do not need foundation installation, only need to place it on a flat cement floor before use.

Furnace Lining : Adopt full Ceramic Fiber wave folding method High Pressure for binding, use advanced manufacturing technology, achieve high thermal insulation performance and Energy Saving performance.

Bogie : Bogie Furnace opening uses heavy-duty impact-resistant bricks, Bogie surface layer uses heavy-duty high-aluminum pressure-resistant bricks.

Sealing mechanism: In addition to the labyrinth Refractory Material masonry between the furnace body and Bogie , a self-acting sand seal sealing mechanism is also used to reduce the heat radiation and convection loss of Bogie Furnace , and can improve the uniformity of furnace temperature.

Heating element: Full Fiber Bogie Furnace Heating Element is a ribbon heating element, hung on the furnace side with ceramic screws, and placed at the bottom in the Bogie masonry groove. Chromium-manganese-nitrogen Heat Resistant Steel Furnace Bottom plates are installed on Bogie .

Furnace Door : The Liter lowering of Furnace Door is realized through the upper and lower rolling of the rolling wheels on the guide rail. This not only ensures the fitting and sealing between the Furnace Door masonry and the furnace masonry when closing Furnace Door , but also ensures that the masonry will not be damaged by friction during the opening process.

Power mechanism: Bogie Furnace door and Bogie movement are both decelerated by the motor through the worm gear reducer, provided by chain drive, and equipped with an electromagnetic brake for appropriate adjustment.
