This paper introduces the current situation, development trend and existing problems of Bogie Furnace Temperature Control in my country, and focuses on analyzing the problems faced by Temperature Control in the Large Bogie Furnace heat treatment process. Secondly, in view of the characteristics of the resistance furnace temperature system with multi-input multi-output, large time delay and strong coupling, a method combining predictive control and fuzzy control is adopted, that is, on the basis of generalized predictive control with simplified control domain length (single-valued generalized predictive control algorithm), a high-level fuzzy control unit is used as an auxiliary unit for closed-loop optimization compensation. Simulation results show that the algorithm has good tracking performance for multi-input multi-output, pure lag and strong coupling systems, and has also achieved satisfactory control effects in actual operation.
