Design of Material Basket

When Quenching , it is necessary to consider that Material Basket enters Quenching liquid with minimum resistance, and enables Quenching liquid to be in the state of rectification and rapid instantaneous heat exchange. The heat of the workpiece in the central part of Material Basket installed and heat treatment Tooling can quickly complete heat exchange with Quenching liquid, and the high-temperature oil halo completes diffusion exchange within 1-2 Second time. When used for Carburizing and Tempering , the heat treatment Tooling shall be designed with transverse and longitudinal air channels according to different workpieces, so that the carbon potential atmosphere and hot air can evenly pass through every point of the workpiece, and make the Carburizing layer or Tempering of the workpiece uniform.
