The RT4 series medium-temperature Bogie Furnace is a national standard Energy Saving type periodic Industrial Furnace , mainly used for normalizing and annealing heat treatment of high manganese steel castings, Ductile Iron parts, automotive and mechanical components, etc. The working temperature range is 600-950°C.
Furnace body: medium temperature Bogie Furnace structure shell is welded from steel plate and section steel, the bottom of the furnace body is integrated with Bogie light rail, the user does not need foundation installation, it only needs to be placed on a flat cement floor to use.
Furnace Lining : Bogie Furnace adopts Energy Saving full Ceramic Fiber High Pressure modular structure, or adopts composite Furnace Lining lightweight Energy Saving refractory Insulating Brick masonry, with Aluminosilicate Fiber blanket for insulation in the interlayer. The furnace opening uses heavy-duty impact-resistant bricks, and Bogie surface layer uses heavy-duty high-aluminum pressure-resistant bricks.
Bogie : A sand sealing mechanism with self-lifting Liter is installed between Bogie and the furnace body to reduce the heat loss of Bogie Furnace and enhance the heat preservation performance.
Heating element: The Heating Element material of medium temperature Bogie Furnace is Universal OCr25Al5 Resistance Strip or Resistance Wire , with excellent material quality, no deformation and no cracking after long-term use.
Temperature Control System: The microcomputer program Automatic temperature control cabinet produced by Hankou Furnace company's own technology, High Precision fully Automatic executes the heat treatment process curve, the temperature control accuracy is ±1℃.
