The furnace body part mainly consists of outer shell steel structure, Full-Fiber heat insulation Furnace Lining , Furnace Door and Bogie . The outer shell steel structure is welded by steel plates and section steel. Furnace Lining adopts Full-Fiber structure, made of high-quality Ceramic Fiber heat insulation blanket into square modules with 300mm specification, and each heat insulation module is fixed by a special process. Through a special processing method, each Ceramic Fiber block expands mutually after heating, so that Furnace Chamber forms a more integrated heat insulation effect, achieving good heat insulation and Liter temperature effect.
The gas Bogie Furnace heating uses High Speed burners, with a large ejection speed, reaching 100m/s. The burners are evenly arranged on both sides, which can effectively stir the atmosphere in the furnace, so that the temperature inside Furnace Chamber is uniform. The gas burner can perform continuous proportional regulation of combustion. The actuator regulates the size of the air volume, and adjusts the size of the gas volume through a proportional valve, to achieve air-fuel proportional combustion. Gas and air volume are provided with lower limit amplitude limiting. Each burner's gas pipe is equipped with a control solenoid valve, and each burner is equipped with an independent and complete combustion controller, which has Automatic ignition, flame detection, fire extinguishing alarm Automatic gas cut-off. This fully ensures the Stability , Safety of the combustion temperature control system.
The control system of the Full Fiber Gas-Fired Bogie Furnace mainly detects the temperature and pressure in the furnace, regulates and controls the flow of each gas pipeline of Bogie Furnace , the flow of flue gas and the dilution air volume, and is equipped with a quick cut-off device for the gas main pipe of Day .
