Furnace body: High-precision High-temperature Bogie Furnace The outer shell is welded from steel plates and section steel.
Furnace Lining : Adopt full Ceramic Fiber insulation Furnace Lining , the furnace mouth uses heavy impact-resistant bricks, Bogie surface layer uses heavy high-aluminum pressure-resistant bricks.
Bogie : Labyrinth Refractory Material is laid between the furnace body and Bogie , and a self-acting sealing mechanism with high technology is also used to reduce the heat loss of Bogie Furnace and improve the uniformity of furnace temperature.
Bogie Guide rail: The bottom of the furnace body is connected with Bogie guide rail as a whole. The user does not need foundation installation, and only needs to place it on a flat cement floor before use.
Furnace Door : Furnace Door Liter is realized through the rolling wheel rolling up and down on the guide rail, which not only ensures the fitting sealing between Furnace Door Furnace Door furnace bodies when closing, but also ensures no friction damage to the masonry during the opening process.

To compensate for the heat loss at the furnace mouth, the Heating Element Layout ranges of Zone I, Zone II and Zone III are different, so that the High-precision High-temperature Bogie Furnace can maintain consistent uniform temperature across the three zones during Liter temperature rise and heat preservation process.
