Structural Features

Pre-vacuum Bogie Furnace has a different production method compared to Pit type Vacuum Furnace. A vacuum tank is installed on the Bogie for Automatic entry and exit, and after the non-oxidizing annealing heat treatment process is performed throughout the entire Automatic , the Bogie can be electrically operated with one click to enter, exit, load and unload workpieces.

As long as the user's workshop has corresponding space, it is more convenient to install and use than the Pit type Vacuum Furnace. There is no need to dig a foundation on the ground, it can be put into production and use as long as it is placed on a level ground, and it also has more advantages in the later Maintenance aspect.
