Large Bogie-type Resistance Furnace is mainly used for heat treatment such as Large workpieces, high-chromium and high-manganese steel castings Quenching , annealing, Tempering and aging, as well as heat treatment of gray cast iron Cast Iron , Ductile Iron , rolls, steel balls, crusher hammers, wear-resistant liners Quenching , Normalizing , Tempering , annealing, aging and various mechanical parts. Currently, the Large Bogie-type Resistance Furnace that has been put into use has a length of 15 Meter , a width of 5 Meter , and a height of 5 Meter .
1. Large Bogie-type Resistance Furnace adopts multiple microcomputer program Automatic temperature control cabinets, divides Furnace Chamber into multiple zones for independent process curve High Precision Automatic temperature control.
2. Because Liter temperature slope can be arbitrarily set, it is especially suitable for the Low Speed rate Liter temperature and other process requirements of high manganese steel castings, and achieves the uniform temperature heat treatment process.
3. The specially designed heating elements,配合 High Precision temperature control system, and multi-stage zoning technology ensure the temperature uniformity of Large workpieces during heat treatment.
