RT4 series Low Temperature Bogie Furnace is national standard Energy Saving type periodic Industrial Furnace , Energy Saving structure, adopts Full-Fiber or composite fiber heat preservation. It is mainly used for casting annealing and aging and heat treatment of various mechanical parts within 650℃.
1. Low Temperature Bogie Furnace The outer shell is welded from steel plates and section steel.
2. The bottom of the furnace body is integrated with Bogie light rail, users do not need foundation installation, it only needs to be placed on a flat cement floor before use.
3. Furnace Chamber is built by laying Full-Fiber High Pressure thermal insulation modules, with high-purity Ceramic Fiber Insulation Material .
4. The furnace opening adopts heavy-duty impact-resistant bricks, and Bogie the surface layer adopts heavy-duty high-alumina pressure-resistant bricks.
5. Between the Bogie Furnace furnace body and Bogie , labyrinth-type Refractory Material masonry is adopted.
6. Reduce the heat radiation and convection loss of Bogie Furnace through a self-acting sealing mechanism, and can improve the uniformity of furnace temperature.
7. Heating Element are all spiral or带状 heating elements, placed on the furnace side wire support brick and Bogie masonry.
8. Bogie is installed with chromium-manganese-nitrogen Heat Resistant Steel Furnace Bottom plate.
9. The Liter descent of Furnace Door is achieved through the up and down movement of the rollers along the guide rails, which not only ensures the sealing between Furnace Door and the furnace body when closed, but also ensures that no friction damage occurs to the masonry during the opening process.
10. Both the Furnace Door and Bogie movements are provided by the motor through the worm gear reducer and chain drive, and are equipped with an electromagnetic brake for appropriate adjustment.
