Working Method

This series Equipment adopts Pre-Vacuum atmosphere protection mode for operation. During operation, the furnace is first pumped to a certain Vacuum Degree , and then high-purity nitrogen or Ammonia Dissociation Atmosphere is filled into the furnace for protective heating, so as to achieve the purpose of less or no oxidation heating and decarbonization-free brightening. Due to the use of a stirring fan, the furnace has high furnace temperature uniformity. It has good non-oxidation bright annealing effect when applied to mechanical parts, silicon steel sheets, copper materials, red copper, wire rods and other items.
