Hankou Furnace developed RJ2 Series Pit type Tempering Furnace is a Energy Saving type periodic operation Industrial Furnace , which is used for suspended heating workpieces such as long shafts, connecting rods, rigging and general metal parts to carry out Tempering in air, and is also suitable for Aluminum Alloy die castings, pistons, aluminum plates and other light alloy parts for Quenching , annealing, aging heat treatment.

Structure Introduction

1. Structure of RJ2 Series Pit Type Tempering Furnace, the outer shell is made of steel plates and section steels into a cylindrical furnace body.

2. The inner surface is made of Stainless Steel board, with a built-in Full-Fiber insulation layer.

3. Furnace Lining and Furnace Shell interlayer is equipped with High Pressure Ceramic Fiber cotton module thermal insulation, Full-Fiber thermal insulation structure, Small Equipment is constructed by lightweight Energy Saving refractory Insulating Brick masonry.

4. Resistance Wire or Resistance Strip is made of 0Cr25Al5 high-resistance alloy material, installed around Furnace Chamber .

5. It adopts reducer electric control or manual lever Liter descending Furnace Lid .

Safety System

To ensure operation Safe , a limit switch is installed near the Liter lowering mechanism. This switch is interlocked with the power supply of the Tempering Furnace control cabinet, and the power supply is connected when Furnace Lid is closed (during operation). When Furnace Lid is opened, the limit switch cuts off the control power supply, so the power supply of Heating Element is cut off at the same time, to ensure Safe operation.

Design Features

1. Pit type Tempering Furnace is equipped with Automatic temperature control cabinet at factory delivery, Thermocouple .

2. Furnace Chamber contains Stainless Steel packed Material Basket .

3. In order to heat the workpiece uniformly, a Hot Air Circulation fan made of heat-resistant Stainless Steel shaft and wind blades is installed on Furnace Lid . During the heating process of the workpiece, hot air circulates up and down in Tempering Furnace to ensure uniform heating of the workpiece.
