Structure Introduction

1. The shell is made of steel plates and section steel into a cylindrical furnace body, and all adopt reinforced sealed welding.

2. Furnace Lining adopts high-specification high-purity Ceramic Fiber High Pressure modules, Full-Fiber professional High Pressure masonry method, with special anchoring, to ensure powerful heat preservation and high sealing performance.

3. The heating element is made of 0Cr25Al5 high-resistance alloy material, and is fully distributed in sections by zones around Furnace Chamber .

4. Furnace Lid adopts electric Liter descending.

5. Vacuum Seal Fan: use Vacuum Seal fans, realize convection circulation inside the furnace, make the temperature of upper, middle and lower parts of workpieces in the furnace uniform and consistent.

6. Stainless Steel Rectifying air duct: Cylindrical rectifying air duct is made of Stainless Steel plate.

Safety System

A limit switch is installed near the Liter descending mechanism. This switch is interlocked with the power supply of the High-precision Pit Furnace control cabinet. The power is on when Furnace Lid is closed, and the limit switch cuts off the control power when Furnace Lid is opened, so as to ensure Safe operation.
