1. The shell structure of the Pit type Quenching Furnace is a cylindrical furnace body made of steel plates and section steel.
2. Furnace Lining adopts light-weight Energy Saving Insulating Brick for masonry, and acid aluminum fiber blanket is placed in the interlayer between Furnace Lining and Furnace Shell for heat preservation.
3. Resistance Wire uses 0Cr27Al7Mo2 high-resistance alloy wire or Resistance Strip is installed inside Furnace Chamber .
