Quenching Water Tank is mainly used for rapid Quenching of workpieces after heating in various Quenching Furnace such as Bogie Furnace , Pit Furnace , Box Furnace , Salt Bath Furnace for various metal parts. This series of Quenching Tank has complete functions such as heating, Automatic temperature control, water stirring, circulating water pump, Stainless Steel plate heat exchanger for rapid cooling, and additionally Liter descending Quenching rack is available for optional selection.
Quenching Water Tank is made of steel plate into a square structure. An electric heating tube is installed inside the Quenching Water Tank, and a high-power circulation pump, Stainless Steel plate heat exchanger and Automatic constant temperature control cabinet are installed outside the water tank.
When the workpiece enters the water Quenching , the water temperature Liter is high, the circulation pump starts working, heat exchange takes place between the cooling circulation water through the Stainless Steel plate heat exchanger, the temperature of the water returned to the Quenching Water Tank decreases, after cyclic heat exchange, the water temperature in the Quenching Water Tank will decrease significantly. When the water temperature is too low Automatic , the constant temperature control cabinet heats the Quenching Water Tank, so that Quenching the water temperature is kept constant within the process Quenching temperature range.
