RX3 series 650℃ Box type Tempering Furnace is a national standard Energy Saving type Industrial Furnace , mainly used for heat treatment of Alloy Steel products, various metal mechanical parts Tempering , as well as heat treatment of light alloys such as Aluminum Alloy , copper material solution treatment, annealing, aging, etc.

Structure Introduction

1. The shell is welded and manufactured from National Standard steel plates and section steel.

2. Furnace Lining adopts our company's Energy Saving emission reduction technology Ceramic Fiber High Pressure modules, which are manufactured by the special method of High Pressure press. Ceramic Fiber High Pressure modules are assembled to form an overall Full-Fiber high-density Energy Saving Furnace Lining structure (the compression ratio made of fiber Furnace Lining is ≥55-65%).

3. Electric Heating Element is designed for long service life and is made of corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant alloy 0Cr25Al5, arranged on both sides of Furnace Chamber and Furnace Bottom .

4. Furnace Door Through electric or hydraulic Liter lowering, Small Box type Tempering Furnace can also use manual hand-crank Furnace Door .

5. When Furnace Door is activated, the open-circuit protection device stops power supply and heating.

6. Furnace Roof is equipped with internal hot air Circulation Fan .

7. Microcomputer Temperature Control System is used to High Precision control Tempering process, completely Automatic complete the whole Tempering heat treatment process from furnace feeding to discharging.
