Pusher Type High Uniform Temperature Tempering Furnace is Energy Saving type High Precision high uniform temperature continuous operation Industrial Furnace , mainly used for heat treatment of thin elastic metal workpieces and various Precision mechanical parts Tempering that have extremely high requirements on Tempering temperature uniformity.

Structure Introduction

1. Pusher Type High Uniform Temperature Tempering Furnace is mainly made of section steel and steel plate for the furnace body shell.

2. Electric Heating Element uses High Temperature Resistance Wire 0Cr25Al5 material.

3. Furnace Door adopts cylinder opening and closing, Material Tray when heating inside the furnace, the number is 9, the entire Furnace Door opening and closing and Material Tray entry and exit are all Automatic procedures. Material Tray the cycle inside the furnace can be arbitrarily adjusted within 30 Second -99 Minute .

4 , Furnace Lining uses lightweight microbeads Energy Saving Firebrick , the interlayer between Furnace Lining and Furnace Shell adopts Aluminosilicate Fiber for heat preservation .

5. Adopts three-zone heating, with independent temperature control respectively. Each zone is equipped with an independent vacuum fan and Stainless Steel air duct.

6. The hot air is evenly circulated from the Stainless Steel air plate to the lower part of Furnace Chamber from both sides of Furnace Chamber , passes through the air duct at the lower part of the suspension type Stainless Steel raceway, circulates to the bottom of Material Tray , passes through the Material Tray Stainless Steel mesh, and evenly passes through all workpieces.

7. Circulate to the return air guide plate above Material Tray , forming a complete Hot Air Circulation cycle, and repeat this High Speed Hot Air Circulation to make the workpiece temperature in Material Tray uniform.

8. Adopt 3 zones, 3 units High Speed Hot Air Circulation fans, Stainless Steel double-ring airflow complete circulation air duct, to make the workpiece temperature inside Pusher Furnace uniform.

9. After the loaded workpiece Material Tray is discharged from the furnace, air cooling and temperature reduction can be performed on the sliding rear rack by the lower fan.

Control system

Temperature Control The three-zone temperature of the temperature control cabinet is independently controlled by the microcomputer High Precision program Automatic .

SCR is used for non-contact on-off , can Automatic record process curves , and has over-temperature alarm and Automatic power-off functions .

Pusher Furnace Runs according to the heat treatment process temperature program curve set by the user High Precision .

The computer calculates and outputs different suitable power based on different temperatures and times. When heat is preserved, the maintenance power can adjust the output Automatic , which greatly saves electric energy.

The output power can be adjusted according to the charging capacity and process requirements Automatic and manually from 0-100% (0-75KW).

When any set process temperature is set, High Precision temperature control and High Precision constant temperature, Gram overcomes thermal inertia, temperature overshoot and hysteresis, the temperature control accuracy is ±1℃.
