Equipment is structurally similar to an ordinary Quenching Tank. It is made of steel plates into square and round shapes. The electric heating tubes heat and melt the salt solution. It is equipped with a circulating pump, Stainless Steel plate heat exchanger, Automatic temperature control cabinet, and a cooling water circulation system cooperates with Automatic constant temperature control system to keep Quenching salt temperature constant within the process Quenching temperature.

Configuration Features

An electric reciprocating swinging material rack is installed on the furnace body. Workpieces are placed on the rack and move back and forth in the nitrate bath. Equipped with stainless steel compressed air inlet pipes, a porous jet pipeline is arranged at the bottom of the crucible to enable rapid circulation and agitation of the nitrate solution. With precise temperature control by the automatic temperature control electric cabinet, the temperature inside the nitrate bath can be kept uniform and consistent.

Meanwhile, four rapid cooling chambers are arranged inside the Isothermal Quenching Furnace, enabling quenched workpieces to be quickly cooled down to the process temperature required for isothermal quenching within a short time and maintained at a constant temperature automatically.
