Equipment Purpose and Characteristics

Quenching Oil Tank is mainly used for various mechanical parts and workpieces to perform Quenching in the Quenching Oil with a process-required constant temperature. Quenching Oil Tank is equipped with complete functions including heating, Automatic temperature control, oil stirring, circulating oil pump, Stainless Steel plate heat exchanger for rapid cooling, and all-round nitrogen fire extinguishing pipes necessary for Oil Quenching .

Structure Introduction

Quenching Oil Tank adopts a steel plate structure , and can be made into square , rectangular and round shapes . Electric heating tubes are installed inside the Quenching Oil Tank , and an oil pump , Stainless Steel plate heat exchanger , Automatic constant temperature control cabinet are installed outside the oil tank . In order to prevent High Temperature workpieces from contacting Quenching Oil and causing Quenching Oil to burn , the Quenching Oil Tank is equipped with an all-round nitrogen fire extinguishing pipeline . When Overhead Crane lifts the workpiece into Quenching Oil , the nitrogen valve is opened to extinguish the fire .

Working Principle

When the workpiece frequently enters the Quenching Oil Tank Quenching and causes the oil temperature Liter to be high, the oil pump starts working, pumps the High Temperature oil in the Quenching Oil Tank into the Stainless Steel plate heat exchanger. At this time, the cooling circulating water Automatic is connected, and heat exchange is carried out through the multi-layer Stainless Steel plate grooves of the plate heat exchanger, so that the cooled Quenching Oil returns to the Quenching Oil Tank again. This cycle repeats to achieve the purpose of cooling the Quenching Oil Tank. When the temperature of the Quenching Oil Tank decreases, the electric heater Automatic is connected to heat Quenching Oil , through cold and hot Automatic temperature control, the Quenching Oil temperature is kept constant within the process Quenching temperature range.
