Structure Introduction

1. Furnace body: The outer shell of the Box type Quenching Furnace is welded and manufactured from National Standard steel plates and section steel,

3. Electric Heating Element : Made of high-alloy product 0Cr27Al7Mo2, installed on both walls of Furnace Chamber and Furnace Bottom .

4. Furnace Door : Liter lowering is carried out by electric or hand - cranked sprocket chains, and Furnace Door has an open - circuit protection device that stops power supply and heating when it is opened.

5. Thermocouple : K grade Thermocouple , the temperature measuring hole is located at Furnace Roof ,
