This 150KW Pit Gas Nitriding Furnace belongs to the high Energy Saving type periodic operation Industrial Electric Furnace , which is mainly used for gas nitriding heat treatment of various steel mechanical parts, automobile crankshafts, motorcycle brake pads, molds and other workpieces. It adopts advanced Energy Saving Furnace Lining , double water-cooled furnace cover, vacuum rubber sealing, and upper and lower two-zone or multi-zone temperature control system, ensuring good thermal insulation performance, furnace temperature uniformity, sealing performance, and High Efficiency Nitriding speed.
At present, this Nitriding Furnace is in the critical stage of Installation and Commissioning . Technical Personnel is intensively carrying out the assembly and commissioning work of Equipment to ensure that it can be put into normal operation within the shortest time. The Installation and Commissioning team strictly follows the requirements of the operation manual, carries out air tightness inspection on the heating furnace, nitriding tank and the pipeline joints of the entire nitriding system, to ensure that ammonia does not leak and flows unobstructed in the pipelines.
