RN2 Series Pit Type Gas Nitriding Furnace is a high Energy Saving type periodic operation Industrial Electric Furnace . It is used for gas nitriding heat treatment of various steel mechanical parts, automobile crankshafts, motorcycle brake pads, molds and so on.

The vacuum Gas Nitriding Furnace produced by our company is mainly used for various nitriding processes such as nitriding + post-oxidation anti-corrosion nitriding process, hard nitriding, Nitrocarburizing soft nitriding, High Temperature rapid nitriding, super Low Temperature deformation-resistant nitriding.

Performance Characteristics

RN2 series Pit-type Nitriding Furnace adopts Energy Saving Furnace Lining dual water-cooled furnace cover, vacuum rubber sealing and upper and lower two zones or multi-zone temperature control. Greatly improves the thermal insulation performance, furnace temperature uniformity, sealing performance and Nitriding speed of Nitriding Furnace , and the furnace type is consistent with International Standard .

Adopts the latest Energy Saving Environmental Protection high Vacuum Furnace sealing technology, high furnace pressure, Nitriding fast speed. Vacuum pumping can reduce ammonia gas consumption by 95%, save ammonia cost, the overall ammonia consumption is much less than traditional Nitriding Furnace , achieves Environmental Protection and Energy Saving , the vacuum Gas Nitriding Furnace is mainly used for nitriding + post-oxidation anti-corrosion nitriding process, hard nitriding, Nitrocarburizing soft nitriding, High Temperature rapid nitriding, ultra Low Temperature anti-deformation nitriding and other various nitriding processes.

Professional Design

Ammonia is fed through three upper, middle and lower channels. Three independent multi-hole gas injection rings in the upper, middle and lower channels deliver uniform micro-quantity ammonia jet flow to each zone. The micro-quantity ammonia decomposes in the furnace to form high-intensity active nitrogen atoms, which continuously perform uniform nitriding on workpieces in each zone, so that workpieces at the upper, middle and lower positions can all contact fresh active nitrogen atoms, making the density of the nitrided layer and the bright white layer high and uniform, eliminating the traditional Nitriding Furnace thousand-layer pancake tree ring nitriding layer defect, and improving the service life of nitrided workpieces. Inactive waste nitrogen after 6-8S attenuation is discharged out of the furnace in time through the exhaust port, and the waste gas is burned by ignition.

Small Nitriding Furnace It is built with lightweight high Strength Energy Saving Firebrick , Furnace Lining the outer layer is clamped with Aluminosilicate Fiber , and expanded thermal insulation powder is filled in the gaps.

Heating Element : Equipment The heating material is made of High Temperature wide Resistance Strip into a wave shape, and the heating elements are arranged with uniform temperature calculation by AI Intelligent . Small The furnace body is wound into a spiral shape with High Temperature Resistance Wire , and installed on the Furnace Lining supporting brick.

Vacuum tank: A Stainless Steel vacuum tank is installed in Furnace Chamber . A double-head Stainless Steel instillator is installed on Furnace Lid for instilling methanol, to make the temperature and atmosphere uniform inside Nitriding Furnace . Furnace Lid is equipped with a sampling tube, an exhaust pipe, and an input pipe at the upper part of the furnace tank side wall for ammonia input. The furnace tank and Furnace Lid adopt water-cooled vacuum rubber sealing, and are equipped with compression bolts. Gas Nitriding Furnace internal exhaust gas is discharged out of the furnace through the exhaust pipe.
