The ZRJ3 Series Nitrogen-protected Bright Copper Annealing Furnace is mainly used in the non-ferrous metal industry for bright oxidation-free annealing of copper materials such as copper pipes, copper plates, copper wires and copper rods under a protective atmosphere. When copper materials are heated in air, the large amount of O2, CO2 and H2O contained in the furnace gas oxidizes or even burns the surface of copper materials. The use of Controlled Atmosphere heating can greatly reduce the oxygen content and the content of oxidizing atmosphere in the furnace. It realizes non-oxidation or less-oxidation heating of copper materials, greatly improves the surface quality of annealed copper materials, and can also eliminate the pickling process. It not only saves energy, but also improves Production Efficiency .

Structure Introduction

Nitrogen Protected Copper Bright Annealing Furnace has a Pit type Vacuum Furnace structure. The outer shell is continuously sealed and welded with steel plates and section steel. Furnace Lining adopts Full-Fiber Furnace Lining structure. Insulation Material adopts high-purity Ceramic Fiber material with excellent thermal insulation performance. It is more Energy Saving than ordinary Aluminosilicate Fiber . Some specifications adopt Full-Fiber structure Furnace Lining , and the gap is filled with thermal insulation expansion thermal insulation powder.

The furnace liner is rolled into a circular shape with 1Cr18Ni9Ti Stainless Steel plate or Carbon Steel plate, adopts double-sided welding, and undergoes X-ray non-destructive testing and pressure testing in the flaw detection room.

Furnace Lid adopts heat-insulating internal water cooling type, the furnace liner and Furnace Lid adopt water-cooled vacuum rubber ring sealing, and the furnace liner and furnace body adopt sand tank sealing.
