Pit-type Nitriding Furnace, as a standard nitriding Heat Treatment Equipment , is mainly used for gas nitriding of various mechanical parts, auto parts, molds and other metal workpieces. Pit-type Nitriding Furnace generally uses gas nitriding as the main nitriding method, and its Furnace Chamber is equipped with a High Temperature Stainless Steel resistant vacuum tank. When in use, the vacuum tank is first pumped to a vacuum state with Vacuum Pump , and then gas nitriding treatment is performed on the heated workpiece.
The shell of this series of Pit-type Nitriding Furnace is welded from steel plates and section steels, Furnace Lining is built with light weight, high Strength Energy Saving Firebrick , and the outer layer of Furnace Lining is clamped with high-purity Ceramic Fiber composite insulation. Heating Element is made of long-life design High Temperature Resistance Wire , and a Stainless Steel vacuum tank is installed in Furnace Chamber . In order to improve the sealing and thermal insulation performance of the Pit-type Nitriding Furnace, a double water-cooled furnace tank cover and vacuum rubber sealing are adopted, and compression bolts are installed. A double-head Stainless Steel dropper is installed on Furnace Lid for dropping methanol, Easy Operation , Safety high. A sampling pipe and an exhaust pipe are installed on Furnace Lid , the input pipe at the upper part of the side wall of the furnace tank can be used for ammonia input, and a special exhaust pipe is installed.
