It is mainly used for gas nitriding heat treatment of various Large workpieces, long shaft workpieces and other workpieces.

Structure Introduction

Large Vacuum Nitriding Furnace can reach a depth of 15 Meter and a diameter of 5 Meter . The shell of this series of Large Vacuum Nitriding Furnace is welded from steel plates and section steel, adopts a multi-layer and multi-support method, and the furnace body has high Strength to support the nitriding treatment of super Large workpieces and super heavy workpieces.

Furnace Lining is insulated with high-purity ceramic Full-Fiber High Pressure modules, and expanded thermal insulation powder is filled in the gaps. Heating Element is supported by High Temperature Resistance Strip , installed on the brick shelf of Furnace Lining , and a Stainless Steel vacuum tank is installed in Furnace Chamber . Nitriding Furnace The furnace mouth adopts Energy Saving Furnace Lining double water-cooled furnace tank cover, with vacuum rubber sealing. A double-head Stainless Steel dropper is installed on Furnace Lid for dripping methanol, Easy Operation , with a height of Safety . A sampling tube and an exhaust pipe are installed on Furnace Lid , and the input pipe at the upper part of the side wall of the furnace tank can be used for ammonia input. The furnace tank and Furnace Lid adopt water-cooled vacuum rubber sealing, and are equipped with compression bolts. The waste gas in Nitriding Furnace is discharged out of the furnace through the exhaust pipe.

Temperature Control

This greatly improves the heat preservation performance, furnace temperature uniformity, sealing performance, and Nitriding speed of Large Nitriding Furnace in both the depth direction and diameter direction, and the temperature and atmosphere inside Nitriding Furnace are uniform.
