Structure Introduction

1. The structure of the Large Vacuum Carburizing Furnace is similar to that of the Pit-type Gas Carburizing Furnace, with a circular Pit Type shell sealed by welding.

2. Equipment consists of Furnace Shell , Furnace Lining , Furnace Lid Liter descending mechanism, Vacuum Seal fan, muffle tank and Heating Element .

3. Furnace Lining uses high-purity ceramic Full-Fiber thermal insulation structure, which is more Energy Saving energy-saving.

4. Carburizing Furnace Liter on the lowering mechanism also has a power-off protection device. When Furnace Lid is opened, Automatic cuts off the main circuit power of the temperature control cabinet, and Carburizing Furnace stops working. When Furnace Lid is pressed and closed, Automatic connects the circuit, and Carburizing Furnace can start working. This effectively prevents Safe operational accidents.
