Equipment Introduction

1. Pit-type Gas Carbonitriding Furnace consists of Furnace Shell , Furnace Lining , Furnace Lid Liter lifting mechanism, Vacuum Seal fan, muffle pot and Heating Element , etc.

2. Furnace Shell is circular, it is welded from steel plate and section steel.

3, Furnace Lining Energy Saving emission reduction technology Ceramic Fiber High Pressure module thermal insulation structure.

4. Vacuum Seal The fan is installed on Furnace Lid , it can stir the atmosphere in the muffle pot to make its composition uniform, and at the same time make the furnace temperature tend to be uniform.

5. There are also three pipes directly leading to the muffle tank of Carbonitriding resistance furnace on Furnace Lid , one pipe is equipped with a three-head Stainless Steel drip feeder, the three-head drip feeder drips methanol, kerosene or other organic liquids into Carbonitriding Furnace , and all kinds of liquids can be adjusted.

6. The ammonia vent on the pipeline can be used to input ammonia gas into the carbonitriding furnace for Carbonitriding use (the pipe opening can be sealed when not in Nitriding use), one of the pipes is a sampling pipe, and there is a nozzle connector on the upper part of this pipe that can be connected to a "U"-shaped glass tube pressure gauge to monitor the pressure of the atmosphere inside the resistance furnace.

7. The pipe nozzle at the lower part of the exhaust pipe can be connected to a carbon dioxide infrared analyzer to control furnace gas. There is an adjustment on the top of the sealing cap of this pipe to adjust the pressure inside Carbonitriding Furnace . The waste gas discharged from this nozzle should be burned by ignition, and the discharged flame is preferably 200 Millimeter -300 Millimeter .

8. The three tubes on the above Furnace Lid are all equipped with water jackets, so that the gas entering the three tubes can be cooled quickly. The role of the muffle tank is to maintain the furnace pressure and ensure the normal progress of Carburizing or Carbonitriding , and it is made of Heat Resistant Steel .

9. Carbonitriding Furnace is equipped with a cooling barrel, used to store processed parts. A sand sealing groove is provided at Furnace Lid .
