Hankou Furnace The company researches, develops and produces Vacuum Pressure Swing Low-temperature Carburizing Furnace. This series of products can perform deformation-free super Low Temperature Carburizing on Stainless Steel Precision valve nozzles, gaskets and other Precision parts within 500℃ Low Temperature , effectively reducing problems such as Carburizing deformation of parts and components.
It is mainly used for Carburizing processing of metal materials to improve their Surface Hardness , Wear Resistance and Fatigue Strength . This Equipment combines vacuum technology and variable pressure technology, and can realize the High Efficiency Carburizing process at a lower temperature.
1. Vacuum environment: Performing Carburizing treatment in a vacuum environment can effectively remove oxides and other impurities from the workpiece surface, and ensure the quality of the Carburizing layer.

Low Temperature Processing: Compared with traditional High Temperature Carburizing , Vacuum Pressure Swing Low-temperature Carburizing Furnace can perform Carburizing at a lower temperature (usually between 500°C and 900°C), thereby reducing the problems of workpiece deformation and grain coarsening.
3. Precise temperature control: Temperature Control System equipped with High Precision , can achieve precise control of the temperature inside the furnace, ensure the consistency and repeatability of the Carburizing process.
4. Uniform heating: Through the optimized Heating Element layout and Hot Air Circulation system, ensure uniform temperature distribution inside the furnace, so as to obtain a consistent Carburizing effect.
5. Atmosphere control: capable of precisely controlling the gas composition and pressure inside the furnace to achieve the optimal Carburizing effect. Common gases include carbon source gases such as methane and propane.
6. Transformation technology: By adjusting the pressure inside the furnace, the activity of Carburizing agent can be changed, thereby improving the efficiency of Carburizing and the uniformity of the Carburizing layer.
