Structure Introduction

1. RQ3 series Pit-type Gas Carburizing Furnace consists of Furnace Shell , Furnace Lining , Furnace Lid Liter lowering mechanism, Vacuum Seal fan, muffle tank and Heating Element .

2. Furnace Shell is circular, it is welded from steel plates and section steel.

3. Furnace Lining has a Full-Fiber structure, which is a Energy Saving type thermal insulation structure built by high-purity Ceramic Fiber High Pressure modules.

4. Furnace Lid Liter Lowering mechanism consists of a motor gearbox. When you need to open Furnace Lid , you only need to press the button group on the control box, Furnace Lid will rise and Liter fall at a uniform speed.

Safety System

For the sake of Safe , two travel switches are installed on the Carburizing Furnace Liter lowering mechanism. When Furnace Lid is Liter , the lower travel switch Automatic cuts off the main circuit power supply of the Carburizing Furnace control cabinet, causing Heating Element to stop working due to power outage. The upper travel switch limits the rising height of the Liter lowering shaft Liter , preventing the Liter lowering shaft from rising too high and the Liter lowering screw rod from coming out of the gear box.

Equipment Characteristics

1. Vacuum Seal The fan is installed on Furnace Lid , it can stir the atmosphere in the muffle tank to make its composition uniform, and at the same time make the furnace temperature tend to be uniform.

2. There are also three pipes directly leading to the muffle tank on Furnace Lid , one pipe is equipped with a three-head Stainless Steel dropper, the three-head dropper drips methanol, kerosene or other organic liquids into the furnace, and various liquids can be adjusted.

3. The three tubes on Furnace Lid all have water cooling jackets to quickly cool the gas entering the three tubes. The function of the muffle tank is to maintain the furnace pressure and ensure the normal progress of Carburizing . It is made of Heat Resistant Steel . Carburizing Furnace is equipped with a cooling barrel for storing processed parts, and a sand seal groove is provided at the barrel cover.
