1. The outer casing of RJ2 series High-precision Pit Furnace is made of steel plates and section steel into a cylindrical furnace body, and all are manufactured by sealed welding.
2. Furnace Lining adopts high quality standards Ceramic Fiber Full-Fiber .
3. The heating element is made of 0Cr27Al7Mo2 high-resistance alloy strip, fully distributed around Furnace Chamber .
4. Furnace Lid adopts electric Liter lowering.
5, High-precision Pit Furnace is equipped with Automatic temperature control cabinet when delivered from the factory, Thermocouple .
A limit switch is installed near the Liter lowering mechanism. This switch is interlocked with the power supply of the High-precision Pit Furnace control cabinet. The power is switched on when Furnace Lid is closed, and the limit switch cuts off the control power when Furnace Lid is opened, so as to ensure Safe operation.
