Equipment Application

The RJ2 Series High-Temperature Pit Furnace is a national standard energy-saving batch-type industrial furnace. Its maximum temperature reaches 1200℃, with an operating temperature range of 950–1200℃. It is mainly used for normalizing, annealing and quenching heat treatment of alloy steel, high-speed steel, high-manganese steel, high-chromium steel, shaft parts, pipes and other metal materials and mechanical parts under ordinary atmosphere or simple protective atmosphere. Customizable power ranges from 15 kW to 480 kW; the furnace chamber diameter is φ300–2000 mm, and the maximum depth can reach 10 meters.

Structure Introduction

1. Model RJ2 Series High-Temperature Pit Furnace structure, the outer shell is made of steel plates and section steel to form a cylindrical furnace body, all connected by sealed welding. Furnace Lid adopts manual or electric Liter lifting.

2. Furnace Lining adopts Full-Fiber structure High Pressure module thermal insulation structure, the Small Equipment Furnace Lining is built by laying lightweight Energy Saving vacuum ball refractory Insulating Brick , Furnace Lining and Furnace Shell are placed with aluminum acid fiber cotton for thermal insulation in the interlayer, and the gap is filled with expanded thermal insulation powder.

3. Resistance Strip or Resistance Wire uses 0Cr27Al7Mo2 high-resistance alloy material and is installed around Furnace Chamber .

4. If the user proposes the need for atmosphere protection to reduce oxidation of the workpiece, a Stainless Steel three-head oil injector can be installed on Furnace Lid , and methanol or kerosene can be dripped in to generate a simple protective atmosphere.

5. When it leaves the factory, it comes with Touch Screen microcomputer program Automatic temperature control cabinet and Thermocouple .

Safety System

A nitrogen inlet pipe is installed at the lower part of Furnace Chamber , which can pass nitrogen for protection or disperse combustible gases to prevent explosion accidents.

To ensure operation Safe , a limit switch is installed near the Liter lowering mechanism. This switch is interlocked with the power supply of the High-Temperature Pit Furnace control cabinet, and the power is turned on when Furnace Lid is closed. When Furnace Lid is turned on, the limit switch cuts off the control power supply, so the power supply of Heating Element is cut off at the same time, so as to ensure Safe operation.
