Structure Introduction

1. Low Temperature Pit Furnace structure is similar to the international general standard Pit Furnace , the cylindrical furnace body is made of steel plate and section steel.

2. Furnace Lid inner surface is made of Stainless Steel board. Furnace Lining is built by laying light-weight Energy Saving fire-resistant Insulating Brick .

3, Furnace Lining Furnace Shell Interlayer installation High Pressure Ceramic Fiber thermal insulation, fill the remaining gaps with expanded thermal insulation powder.

4. Resistance Wire uses 0Cr25Al5 high resistance alloy wire or Resistance Strip is installed around Furnace Chamber .

5. Furnace Lid uses manual or electric Liter descent.

6. Furnace Chamber has Stainless Steel protector bar and Stainless Steel loading Material Basket installed inside.

7. Equipped with Automatic temperature control cabinet at delivery, Thermocouple .

8. In order to heat the workpiece uniformly, a hot air inner Circulation Fan made of heat-resistant Stainless Steel shaft and wind blades is installed on Furnace Lid . During the heating process of the workpiece, hot air circulates up and down in Pit Furnace to ensure uniform heating of the workpiece.

Safety System

To ensure operation Safe , a limit switch is installed near the lowering mechanism Liter , this switch is interlocked with the power supply of the control cabinet Pit Furnace , and the power is switched on when Furnace Lid is closed. When Furnace Lid is turned on, the limit switch cuts off the control power supply, so the power supply of Heating Element is cut off at the same time, so as to ensure Safe operation.
