Structure Introduction

1. Pit Type Aluminum Alloy The shell of the aging furnace is made of steel plates and section steel into a cylindrical furnace body, which is a typical Energy Saving type Furnace Lining structure.

2, Furnace Lining adopts Full-Fiber High Pressure module heat preservation, partial Small Equipment is lightweight Energy Saving microbead refractory Insulating Brick masonry, gaps are filled with expanded thermal insulation powder.

3. Resistance Strip and Resistance Wire are made of 0Cr25Al5 high-resistance alloy material and installed around Furnace Chamber .

4. Furnace Chamber contains Stainless Steel installed Material Basket .

5. Furnace Lid inner surface is made of Stainless Steel board, and it is equipped with High Pressure Ceramic Fiber insulation layer.

6. The standard Furnace Lid adopts electric speed changer Liter for lowering, Small Equipment adopts manual lever Liter for lowering.

7. Equipment is equipped with Touch Screen Precision Automatic temperature control cabinet at factory delivery, Thermocouple .

8. In order to uniformly heat the workpiece, a Hot Air Circulation fan made of heat-resistant Stainless Steel shaft and wind blades is installed on Furnace Lid . During the heating process of the workpiece, hot air circulates up and down High Speed in the Aluminum Alloy aging furnace to ensure uniform heating of the workpiece.

Safety System

To ensure operation Safe , a limit switch is installed near the Liter lowering mechanism. This switch is interlocked with the power supply of the Aluminum Alloy aging furnace control cabinet. When Furnace Lid is closed (during operation), the power is connected. When Furnace Lid is opened, the limit switch cuts off the control power supply. Therefore, the power supply of Heating Element is cut off at the same time, to ensure Safe operation.
