This series of Energy Saving type periodic operation square crucible Hot-Dip Galvanizing Furnace has a maximum working temperature of 500℃, which can be used for hot-dip galvanizing of Small metal parts, standard parts or Large and long metal parts.
1. The Furnace Shell of the square crucible Hot-Dip Galvanizing Furnace is welded from steel plates and section steel,
2. Furnace Lining is built by laying light-weight Energy Saving Firebrick , Aluminosilicate Fiber and expanded thermal insulation powder are used between the outer shell and Furnace Lining .
3. The components are made of Superalloy Resistance Wire 0Cr25Al5 wire, wound into a spiral shape and installed on the high-alumina wire-supporting bricks around the Galvanizing Furnace furnace chamber.
4. The crucible is made of Q235 Low Carbon Steel plate by double-sided split welding.
5. Thermocouple Insert from the side of the furnace body into Furnace Chamber , to contact the crucible.
6. The square crucible Hot-Dip Galvanizing Furnace is equipped with Automatic Temperature Control cabinet, can be arbitrarily adjusted within the range of room temperature - 500℃, and Automatic maintains constant temperature.
