GR2 series crucibles Melting Furnace are Energy Saving type periodic operation Industrial Furnace , mainly used for melting or smelting low-melting point non-ferrous metals and alloys such as aluminum, zinc, lead, tin, cadmium, etc. When used for melting aluminum and melting lead, it can be matched with die-casting machines, and can also be used for heat preservation, degassing and refining of aluminum liquid.
1. The crucible of this series Melting Furnace structure, Furnace Shell is made by welding steel plates and section steel.
2. Furnace Lining is built with lightweight microbeads Energy Saving Firebrick , Aluminosilicate Fiber cotton is clamped between the furnace lining and Furnace Shell , and the gap between Furnace Shell and the silicate fiber blanket is filled with expanded thermal insulation powder.
3. Heating Element uses 0Cr25Al5 high-resistance alloy wire wound into a spiral shape, installed on the wire-holding bricks around Furnace Chamber .
4. Furnace Roof is equipped with two rotatable semicircular Furnace Lid .
5. Thermocouple Insert from the side into Furnace Chamber , the crucible Melting Furnace controls the melting temperature through the full Automatic Temperature Control cabinet Automatic .
