1、The crucible-free oil-fired aluminum melting furnace adopts a fuel burner. The furnace chamber is lined with non-stick aluminum refractory lining, featuring long service life and low failure rate.
2. It can be matched with die-casting machines.
3. There are two furnace types for combustion chambers: double-chamber and single-chamber.
4. A single-chamber furnace uses one burner, both melting and heat preservation are completed in one chamber, and the liquid scooping port is located at the rear of the furnace body.
5、The double-chamber furnace is equipped with two fuel burners: one for the melting chamber and the other for the aluminum liquid holding chamber. The pouring spout is located at the left rear of the furnace body.
