Equipment Application

Hankou Furnace The RJ2 series 950℃ Medium Temperature Pit Furnace produced by our company is a national standard Energy Saving type periodic operation Industrial Furnace , mainly used for heat treatment such as annealing, Normalizing , Quenching of steel parts, shafts, pipes and other metal materials and mechanical parts in general air or simple protective atmosphere.

Structure Introduction

1. In the RJ2 series medium temperature Pit Furnace , the outer shell is a cylindrical furnace body.

2. The inner surface of Furnace Lid is made of curved lightweight Energy Saving Refractory Material and alumina fiber.

3. Furnace Lining adopts Ceramic Fiber High Pressure module compression installation production, Small Equipment is built by lightweight Energy Saving high-alumina refractory Insulating Brick , Furnace Lining and Furnace Shell interlayer is equipped with alumina fiber cotton for heat preservation.

4. Resistance Strip and Resistance Wire use 0Cr25Al5 high-resistance alloy material, installed around Furnace Chamber .

5. Medium and Large Pit Furnace adopt multi-zone and multi-stage temperature control, and reasonably distribute power by using the uniform temperature arrangement method according to the temperature Liter rule, to ensure that the upper and lower Furnace Chamber temperatures are uniform and consistent.

Safety System

To ensure operation Safe , a limit switch is installed near the Liter lowering mechanism. This switch is interlocked with the power supply of the Pit Furnace control cabinet, and the power is turned on when Furnace Lid is closed.

When Furnace Lid is turned on, the limit switch cuts off the control power supply, therefore the power supply of Heating Element is cut off at the same time, to ensure Safe operation.
