Equipment Application

The medium temperature Box Furnace of RX3 series is a national standard Energy Saving type periodic operation Industrial Furnace , mainly used for heat treatment such as normalizing, annealing, Normalizing of steel parts and various metal mechanical parts Quenching , with a working temperature of 950℃.

Structure Introduction

1. Equipment Furnace Shell The square furnace body is welded from angle steel and steel plate.

2. Furnace Lining adopts Full-Fiber Furnace Lining insulation layer, which is a new type Energy Saving Furnace Lining structure.

3. High Temperature High resistance alloy heating elements are installed inside the furnace.

4. When Furnace Door is turned on, the power supply is protected and cut off by the disconnecting device Automatic .

5. Stainless Steel nitrogen inlet pipes and valves are installed on the furnace side, which can adjust the intake air volume, play a role of a simple protective atmosphere, and reduce work piece oxidation.
