Structure Introduction

1. Furnace body: The structure and shape of this series of High-precision High-temperature Box Furnace is square, and the outer shell is welded by steel plates and section steel.

2. Furnace Lining : The material adopts new technology Ceramic Fiber High Pressure module Energy Saving Furnace Lining , made of High Temperature resistant material, to maintain good thermal insulation effect.

3. Heating element: High-alumina refractory hanger installation Resistance Strip , Silicon Carbide Rod or other heating elements suitable for High Temperature operation, placed on the two walls of Furnace Chamber and the shelf bricks of Furnace Bottom , to achieve good heat transfer.

4. Furnace Door : Liter lowering is carried out through the transmission of the motor, worm gear reducer, sprocket and chain, and is braked by the electromagnetic brake to ensure good sealing performance.

Temperature Control System

In order to improve the uniformity of furnace temperature, High Precision Box Furnace adopts heating in at least three zones, and arranges Heating Element according to the uniform temperature wire laying method. To compensate for the heat loss at the furnace mouth, the Heating Element Layout ranges of Zone I, Zone II and Zone III are different, so that Box Furnace maintains consistent uniform temperature in the three zones during the Liter temperature and heat preservation processes.

4. Box Furnace Supporting Touch Screen microcomputer program process Automatic temperature control cabinet, adopts at least multiple microcomputers to separately control heating for each zone independently, performs High Precision Automatic temperature control and Furnace Door operation control, and can perform Automatic recording at the same time.
