RX3 series Protective Atmosphere Box Furnace is a national standard Energy Saving type periodic operation Industrial Furnace , mainly used for heat treatment such as steel parts, various metal parts Quenching , annealing, Normalizing , etc. It can achieve purposes such as reducing workpiece oxidation through protective atmosphere.

Structure Introduction

1. Protective Atmosphere Box Furnace The furnace body structure is similar to that of High Temperature furnace, it is welded with angle steel and steel plates to form a square furnace body.

2. Furnace Lining adopts Full-Fiber High Pressure module insulation layer.

3. In order to feed various different protective atmospheres into Furnace Chamber , a special corrosion-resistant Refractory Material is used.

4. The furnace body is equipped with protective atmosphere access pipes and valves, and the Furnace Door sealing performance is enhanced.

5. When Furnace Door switches, on-off operation is protected by Safe device Automatic .
