RX3 series 1200℃ High Temperature Box Furnace is national standard Energy Saving type Industrial Electric Furnace , mainly used for Alloy Steel products, various molds Normalizing , Quenching , annealing and other heat treatments, or for High Temperature sintering of diamond saw blades. A nitrogen gas inlet pipe and valve Stainless Steel are installed on the side of the furnace, which can adjust the intake air volume, play a role of simple protective atmosphere, and reduce workpiece oxidation.

Structure Introduction

1. The outer casing of the RX3 series 1200℃ High Temperature Box Furnace is welded from steel plates and section steel,

2. Furnace Lining is built with lightweight Energy Saving refractory Insulating Brick masonry, combined with high-purity Aluminosilicate Fiber cotton for heat insulation,

3. Electric Heating Element is made of corrosion-resistant Superalloy product 0Cr27Al7Mo2, and is installed on the two walls of Furnace Chamber and the wire support bricks of Furnace Bottom .

4. High-Temperature Box Furnace has two Thermocouple holes on the top, insert Thermocouple into Furnace Chamber when in use,

5. Supporting Temperature Control System is used to control Box Furnace temperature and over-temperature protection.

6. Temperature Recorder can save the heat treatment process.

7. The heated workpiece is placed on the silicon carbide Furnace Bottom plate inside Furnace Chamber , when in use, a Stainless Steel plate can be placed on the bottom of Box Furnace , this can prevent the workpiece from impacting the Furnace Bottom plate.

Safety System

High-Temperature Box Furnace Both opening and closing have Automatic Safe protection devices, Furnace Door has a disconnecting device on the upper part, when Furnace Door is turned on, the electric furnace power will be cut off.

When heating is required, Furnace Door must be completely closed to connect the circuit breaker and start heating, to ensure the safety of operating personnel Safe , and reduce usage failures of Box Furnace .
