Structure Introduction

1. RX3 series 1350℃ High Temperature Box Furnace, it is mainly composed of outer casing, Furnace Lining and Silicon Carbide Rod Heating Element and other parts.

2. Furnace Shell It is welded from section steel and steel plate,

3. Furnace Chamber is composed of high-alumina bauxite composite bricks, and Full-Fiber High Pressure Ceramic Fiber Module is laid between Furnace Chamber and Furnace Shell .

4. Silicon Carbide Rod Heating Element is tied to the square bricks standing on both sides of Furnace Chamber .

5. Furnace Door is made of steel plate, with Insulating Brick built inside, it has Lightweight Firebrick .

6. A small hole for observing the heating status of the workpiece is opened in the center of Furnace Door , in order to prevent heat from escaping, a layer of transparent mica sheet is filled inside the hole.

7. The opening and closing of Furnace Door is completed by the handle mechanism.

8. High-Temperature Box Furnace There is a Thermocouple seat on the rear side to place the Thermocouple used for temperature measurement during use.

9. Because Silicon Carbide Rod Heating Element is prone to aging, the resistance will increase significantly shortly after use, so a three-phase transformer is used,

10. The transformer has several different voltage taps on the secondary side, which is used to increase the input voltage at both ends of Silicon Carbide Rod to guarantee the power of the electric furnace.
