Structure Introduction

1. The outer casing of the Tunnel Enamel Sintering Furnace is welded from steel plates and section steel. The furnace body is densely welded from steel plates into a rectangular shape. Control system

1. Temperature control is divided into 9 zones by 9 microcomputer Automatic temperature control cabinets, which greatly improves the temperature uniformity of the electric furnace, performs High Precision calculation and control on the temperature, and the temperature control accuracy is ±1℃.

2. Each temperature control electric cabinet is installed with 6 sets of thyristors as non-contact execution components, three voltmeters display each phase voltage, three ammeters display each phase Resistance Wire current.

3. It is equipped with various overvoltage and overcurrent protection and Cooling System . When any Resistance Wire fails, the instrument and lamp housing will display it directly. Each cabinet is equipped with overtemperature Alarm Function ,

4. Equipped with XWGJ medium circular diagram electronic potentiometer, Automatic records process temperature.
