Structure Introduction

1. Furnace body: The rectangular furnace body is assembled and welded from section steel and steel plates, it rotates horizontally during roasting and can tilt up and down.

2. Furnace Lining : Furnace Chamber adopts the latest Energy Saving emission reduction technology Ceramic Fiber High Pressure module Furnace Lining , high-alumina refractory fixture installation Resistance Strip .

3. Heating element: Uses long-life wide-type Resistance Strip OCr25AL5 heating elements wound into a corrugated shape, installed on both sides and the bottom of Furnace Chamber .

4. Stainless Steel Roller: The roller is made by rolling 10mm thick 304 Stainless Steel plate, and is driven by a reducer and a motor.
