Horizontal Vacuum Furnace is specially researched and developed and designed by our company for users. There are special requirements for installation, use and loading method in some heat treatment Production Line vacuum Heat Treatment Equipment . It is mainly used for vacuum heating, Tempering , bright annealing, Quenching heat treatment of various mechanical parts and metal workpieces.

Structural Features

1. The furnace type adopts a square horizontal structure, Furnace Chamber installs a corrosion-resistant High Temperature Stainless Steel vacuum tank horizontally inside.

2. Unlike the Pit type Vacuum Furnace, the Horizontal Vacuum Furnace only needs to open the Furnace Door at the front of the furnace to load and unload workpieces, and the operation is simpler.

3. Configure Vacuum Pump of 2X rotary vane type, adopt Pre-Vacuum method, and cooperate with protective atmosphere intake and exhaust interfaces.

4. The overall Equipment does not require foundation installation, Easy Operation , and thermal insulation Energy Saving .
