ZSK2 Series Vacuum Tube Furnace (Quartz Heating Furnace) is a Energy Saving type tubular structure vacuum Industrial Furnace , mainly used for various applications such as vacuum heating, vacuum sintering, Nanometer material sintering in metallurgical industries, industrial and mining enterprises, colleges and universities, and scientific research institutions.
1. Vacuum Tube Furnace The shell is formed by rolling steel plates.
2. Furnace Chamber is fired into a porous cylinder from high-alumina Refractory Material , Aluminosilicate Fiber and lightweight Insulating Brick are used between Furnace Lining and Furnace Shell .
3. Resistance Wire It is made of high alloy Resistance Wire 0Cr25Al5, coiled into a spiral shape and arranged around Furnace Chamber .
4. Four pulleys are installed at the lower part of the furnace body, and can perform axial movement on the Vacuum Tube Furnace track.
5. A Stainless Steel vacuum tube is installed inside Furnace Chamber , vacuum is drawn from the front end of the vacuum tube, and the rear end exhausts or feeds in nitrogen gas.
