SG2 series Laboratory Crucible Salt Bath Furnace, is mainly used in laboratories for heat treatment such as Quenching , cyanidation, annealing and Tempering of various metal parts in salt bath, and is especially suitable for heat treatment of fasteners and standard parts.

Structure Introduction

1. The structure of this Laboratory Crucible Salt Bath Furnace, Furnace Shell is welded and manufactured from steel plates and section steel.

2. Furnace Chamber is made of high-alumina Energy Saving type Refractory Material .

3. Furnace Chamber adopts Aluminosilicate Fiber heat preservation between Furnace Shell .

4. Resistance Wire adopts 0Cr25Al5 heating elements, which are wound into a spiral shape and arranged in the string wire holes around Furnace Chamber .

5. Place Stainless Steel crucible in Furnace Chamber , which is used for holding salt liquid.

6. Furnace Lid It uses a manual flip - top design.
