Crucible Salt Bath Furnace

This series of Crucible Salt Bath Furnace is mainly used for heat treatment such as Quenching , cyanidation, annealing and Tempering of spare metal parts, and is especially suitable for heat treatment of fasteners and standard parts.

Structure Introduction

1. The Energy Saving type Crucible Salt Bath Furnace of RYG2 series is composed of Furnace Shell , Furnace Lining , crucible, crucible cover, Heating Element and the upper cover part.

2. Furnace Shell is welded into a cylindrical shape by section steel and steel plate.

3. Furnace Lining is built into an insulation layer by Lightweight Firebrick .

4. Heating Element are evenly installed on all four sides of the inner wall.

5. Furnace Chamber place Heat Resistant Steel crucible inside , used for holding salt liquid .

6. Furnace Lid is composed of two semi-circles, can rotate flexibly, there are two holes on the cover for the support shaft to hang the workpiece.

7. The upper part of the Crucible Salt Bath Furnace Furnace Shell is equipped with a circular upper cover. There is an exhaust outlet on the top that can be connected to the ventilation system to discharge harmful gases. There are two rotatable cover doors and an observation hole at the lower part of the upper cover.

8. There is a row of flow holes directly in front of Furnace Shell , so as to regularly remove the dirt inside Furnace Chamber . When the salt liquid leaks from the crucible due to corrosion and oxidation, it can also flow out of the Crucible Salt Bath Furnace through these holes, so as to protect Heating Element and Furnace Lining from being damaged.
