External Heating Nitrate Salt Furnace

Equipment Introduction

External Heating Nitrate Salt Furnace consists of Stainless Steel crucible, Electric Heating Element and Automatic temperature control cabinet, it uses nitrate salt for parts Quenching , or multiple processes such as liquid Chemical Heat Treatment . The heating element uses 0Cr25Al5 High Temperature Resistance Wire with a relatively large diameter, which is arranged on the Furnace Lining part around Nitrate Salt Furnace . The crucible is made of heat-resistant Stainless Steel plates by tight welding, and has passed our factory's X-ray flaw detection.
