Structure Introduction

Working Principle

The electrode Salt Bath Furnace uses salts as heating agents. According to different working temperatures, salts or mixed salts with different compositions can be selected. Salts are non-conductive before melting, so starting electrodes must be used for melting when Salt Bath Furnace is in use. Since current passing through conductive molten salt continuously generates heat, it can maintain the molten state. Because the electrode, under the action of electromagnetic force, makes the molten salt continuously circulate through Natural Convection and electromagnetic stirring, it can heat workpieces quickly and uniformly.
