Hankou Furnace The internally produced Internal Heating Nitrate Salt Furnace uses a special electric heating tube to heat nitrate salt. Its molten liquid medium heats workpieces quickly, does not cause oxidation or decarburization, has good temperature uniformity, is convenient for uses such as Isothermal Quenching , and is a widely used Nitrate Salt Furnace type.

Structure Introduction

Internal Heating Nitrate Salt Furnace is composed of furnace body, Stainless Steel inner container, Stainless Steel electric heating tube, convection stirring motor, microcomputer program Automatic temperature control cabinet, it uses nitrate salt for multiple processes such as Isothermal Quenching , Tempering heating.

Nitrate Salt Furnace The furnace body is welded from shaped steel and steel plates, the inner tank is made of Stainless Steel plate, a quick water cooling jacket is installed outside the inner tank. When the temperature of the salt solution becomes high due to Quenching Liter , the cooling water can be turned on to reduce the temperature of the salt solution.

Isothermal Quenching Configuration

Nitrate Salt Furnace A salt liquid stirring motor is installed on the furnace body , it operates through Stainless Steel shaft and impeller , under the action of the deflector , the nitrate salt liquid is caused to circulate rapidly .

Compressed air intake pipes are installed on both sides inside the furnace. Through multiple rows of jet holes at the bottom, the salt solution is boiled, so that the temperature everywhere in the nitrate salt solution is uniform and consistent.

The heat treatment process curve is executed by the Automatic of the temperature-controlled electric cabinet Automatic via microcomputer program.

The side uses Stainless Steel heating pipes, and the round furnace uses Heat Resistant Steel cast steel crucibles.
